About Haddad

I turn complicated technology into clear strategy and systems that actually work.

I'm a Senior Head of Strategy with more than 15 years across technology, marketing, project delivery and operations. I work in the space between a good idea and the difficult decisions required to make it reliable, measurable and useful.

Experience, not theatre

I've built and led delivery across AI-driven products, cloud infrastructure, digital platforms, workflow automation, analytics and performance systems.

$1.6Msystems and infrastructure programme involving a 200+ person operational relocation
$1.3M+annual advertising portfolio under management
15+ yearsturning strategy into working systems across marketing, technology and delivery
AI to productiondelivery experience taking an AI-driven recommendation platform from concept to production

The common thread is not a particular platform or buzzword. It is making complicated systems usable in the real world.

Why AI and automation now

AI becomes valuable when it can do useful work, not merely produce an impressive answer. Connected tools and automations can reduce friction, but they can also create risk when permissions, approvals, audit trails, data handling and recovery are afterthoughts.

My focus is the practical layer between possibility and business value: understand what customers are trying to do, find the real constraint, decide what should improve or automate, and turn that decision into a sequence people can actually act on.

What HaddadStuff does

HaddadStuff is where I turn that strategic method into ideas, tools, resources and experiments that other people can actually use. The Business Constraint Finder is one flagship expression of that method, not the boundary of the site.

The wider library follows five recurring threads: Business & Strategy, Marketing & Growth, AI & Technology, Systems & Productivity, and Experiments & Stuff. The core experience stays self-service: no sales call is required to get value, and AI is not treated as the answer by default.

Current focus

Right now, I am focused on helping owners and operators use AI and automation with commercial discipline: choose the right workflow, understand its value and risk, connect marketing to operational capacity, and give the work a clear next step. The technology should stay behind the outcome. Owners and operators should not need to learn a protocol or platform just to get a clearer next step.
